“A
beautiful and healthy body is one that encompasses a loving,
inquisitive, thoughtful, empathetic, and growing mind. We are
continually enriched by the world around us and are shaped by our
continuing life experiences. With our capacity to partake joyously and
boldly of all life’s gifts, we are so much more than muscles and bones."

an energetic, charismatic, and caring professional.”
Jackie Vita, Senior Legislative Aide to Senator Kemp Hannon
“You
have shown my nursing students -- and me! -- how to keep our bodies
energized and our minds focused. We’re excitedly looking forward to
your next visit!”
Prof. Elizabeth Cohn, Assistant Professor of Nursing,
Columbia University
“Sue
is an excellent example of the saying that teaching is an art as well
as a science. She is an excellent, enthusiastic, and highly empathetic
teacher whose skills have helped to create a positive climate for our
participants to learn new skills, build self-esteem and become
motivated to take control of their bodies while managing pain.”
Nancy Simington,
Program Director, Arthritis Foundation, Long Island Chapter
“Sue’s
classes are inspiring; she lends a sensitivity and broad knowledge base
to a welcoming teaching style which is both energetic and highly
creative. It is obvious that she is having a positive impact on her
students by just seeing them coming out of her class, happily
energized. “
Ann Tarcher,
Director, Great Neck Community Senior Center
“We could hardly wait to book you for a return engagement.”
Sylvia Fessler, Program Chair,
